We use the awesome Keiser M3 Bikes – you are guided by the instructor, but you are in control of your gears and it’s your workout. It’s a high-octane sweaty workout with pumping tunes and burning legs – SERIOUSLY addictive! Beginners – please arrive a few minutes early so that we can help you set up your bike.
