Our specialist Pilates for Back Care course is for anyone with persistent back issues who has been cleared to start gentle exercise by their GP or specialist, or who has non-specific back pain. We aim to remove some of the fear about starting exercise again and we will teach you about how your core muscles work, and help you gently strengthen them to properly support your spine. It will be bespoke and only 6 people on the course so that we can give you the personal attention you need.
