Yoga Fit

Our Monday evening Yoga Fit session is for everyone who wants to improve their fitness, flexibility & strength in a non-impact way. It will often incorporate Vinyasa Flow (moving with breath), but we will also slow movements down to focus on posture, depth & strength within asanas. This class is suitable for yoga beginners but it will also be physically challenging, so expect to get sweaty.

Yoga Stretch

In this class, we use classic yoga asanas to awaken the spine, stretch your muscles and gain body awareness.

Working with conscious breath, this slightly slower session is excellent for post workout, or those newer to yoga, although we will still challenge you.

Yoga Strong

This class is aimed at those with some Yoga experience, although you do NOT need to be expert! We will be working on strength and flexibility in preparation for some of the more challenging postures & inversions. Small class size for more individual attention. This premium class attracts an extra charge for pay monthly members (not PAYG or 10 Blocks); amount depends upon which grade of membership you have.

Yoga Men

Designed to be a challenging workout for men only. We will work to build a solid Yoga foundation with a focus on opening up traditionally tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Expect some strength work and we will incorporate various different Yoga styles, including higher energy Vinyasas, slower Yin-style and the more static (but challenging) Hatha. Yoga will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more flexible. This premium class attracts an extra charge for pay monthly members (not PAYG or 10 Blocks); amount depends upon which grade of membership you have.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is an ancient yoga system that generally means ‘All Yoga’, so it can be many different styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin and classic static asanas with breath-work. What ever the style (we publish our weekly programme on Facebook), this class will be a little slower, taking time to deepen into asanas and work toward correct postures through the class. It is suitable for beginners through to intermediates, incorporating challenging strength, flexibility and breath work.

Yoga Nidra – special occasional class

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation into Yogic sleep, where you can explore a little about yourself if you’d like to – many people do fall asleep during the session and that’s OK too. We guarantee that you’ll feel relaxed and calm at the end of the session.
