After-School Clubs

Using fully qualified, insured and DRB checked instructors, JTAFit delivers 2 types of after school clubs:

  1. Kids Boxercise – a fun, boxing-skills based non-contact session of about 50 minutes. Your child will be taught stance, guard, moving and safe versions of the main punches. They will also be taught how to hold the pads. We play games, improve general fitness, agility and balance as well as educating your child about how the body works.
  2. Parents & Children Yoga – working with you and your child (or a maximum of 2 children), we explore moving the body using Yoga fundamentals, and also have some fun!
