Beginner’s Yoga Course

Yoga is for everyone; it is the ultimate exercise and method of self improvement, combining Mind, Body and Breath.

Our Beginners Yoga Course is the ideal way to begin your practice – designed for anyone with little or no experience. In our 6 week beginners course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given. Some of the many benefits of Yoga include improvement in posture and breathing, increased tone, strength and flexibility, a greater ability to cope with stress and a feeling of calm. The practice builds week by week, providing a solid foundation and inspiring you for regular Yoga practice. You WILL feel better for it!

Our experienced instructor has a lifelong passion for Yoga. With a relaxed, friendly style, welcoming to all, she is well used to adapting movement to meet everyone’s needs.
