Yin & Yoga Nidra Session

This is the ultimate de-stress class. 1hr just for you, where you will practise a little Yin Yoga – holding the poses for a longer time to benefit from mindfully stretching muscles & making room in your joints. You will then have a relaxing 30min Yoga Nidra practice – Nidra is yogic sleep (conscious sleeping) and it has a range of benefits including helping you to sleep better, reducing stress, worries and anxiety and even boosting creativity. No yoga experience required and we guarantee you’ll leave feeling relaxed & ready for your bed……

Bring a blanket/sleeping bag & a pillow.
