Having worked in childcare for most of my working life, I have always been crazy about exercise & fitness. In 2014 I decided to turn passion into a career, and I undertook the Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification. Since then, I’ve added Boxercise, Fitness Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions, Indoor Cycling, Metabolic Effect, Kettlebells, England Athletic Run Leader and Strength & Conditioning Coach to my exercise qualifications. More recently, I gained Level 3 Sports Massage and Level 4 Sports Injury Massage Therapy qualifications to enable me to assess and treat soft tissue damage, including taping, used to maintain a stable position of bones and muscles during athletic activity.
