Jodie Phillips

Having practised Pilates for 15 years it seemed a natural progression to take up teaching. I’m level 4 qualified with a specialism in orthopaedic and rehabilitative pilates and am passionate about keeping things varied and exciting with innovative teaching styles like HIIT/Power Pilates Pilates Flex and Stretch.

My other exercise passions are running, weightlifting, yoga and walking my dog. I have completed various half marathons and love OC racing.

JTAFit is about empowering people in their fitness journey whatever their ability, size or confidence level and that has certainly been my experience. Without JTAFit I wouldn’t be doing a job I adore with the best group of clients I could wish for.  JTAFit is a place where clients become close friends and where successes are always celebrated no matter how small.
