Walking for Fitness

A FREE walking group for our community meeting twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, 6.30pm at Carterton Community Centre on Shilton Park with the aim of walking to improve fitness. Social Cycle

Seasonal A FREE outdoor social cycle ride in a group with an experienced cycle leader - learn how to ride safely as part of a group. Helmet, a drink & a spare inner tube required. Out for around 60-90 minutes on a Thursday during Apr-Oct.

Alternate Weeks A FREE Run Club Special for anyone returning to running after a break, or who is fairly new to running. The pace will be gentle, the distance not too far (2-4km) – we are all about having a jog and a chat as you improve your fitness!
